Maintenance

Blanco’s annual and semi-annual maintenance includes fastener checks at exposed-fastener trims, seam inspections, and clearing debris from valleys and gutters.
When the original Kynar finish starts to chalk or fade after 25–30 years, we can field-apply an elastomeric coating to extend service life by another 10–15 years at a fraction of replacement cost.
