A Blanco’s team member contacts you within one business day to schedule your free on-site inspection. The process is relaxed and no-pressure — the inspection is the starting point, not a commitment to purchase. We walk the roof, document findings, and sit down with you to review the report before any work is discussed.
02Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes — completely free and with no obligation. The inspection covers exterior roof condition, flashing, gutters, and attic ventilation. The inspector walks findings with you on-site, and you keep the written report regardless of whether you hire Blanco’s for the work.
03Do you serve areas outside of Baton Rouge?
Yes — we cover the greater Baton Rouge metro and the surrounding parishes. Key service areas include Denham Springs, Prairieville, Zachary, Central, Baker, Port Allen, and Gonzales. If you’re outside these areas, give us a call and we’ll let you know right away whether we can take your project.
04How quickly can I get a roofing estimate?
Inspections are typically scheduled within two to five business days; you’ll receive a written estimate within 24–48 hours after the inspection. Emergency storm damage is prioritized — we’ll often tarp and inspect the same day you call. During peak storm season (June–September), earlier contact is recommended to hold your place in the schedule.
05What information should I have ready when I call?
Approximate roof age (if known), the nature of the problem, whether insurance is involved, and any prior repair history. You don’t need technical knowledge — just share what you know and we’ll take it from there. Photos of visible damage (taken from the ground are fine) are helpful but optional.
